Sometimes things do not go as planned.  In the unlikely event your item is damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, we are sorry.

We have a 30 day return policy so please contact us within 30 days from the time your item was delivered to request a return, via and we will be your side to figure it out.

Generally for returnable items we'll send you a return parcel and instructions on where to send it.

Non-returnable items

As no two leash handle colours are the same (see why here) we hope you understand that we do not accept returns for reasons relating to the handle colour.    

As our gift cards do not have an expiry we do not accept returns on this item.

Return Refunds/Replacements

Once we’ve received your returned items we will get in touch to confirm the next steps. Accepted returns will be automatically refunded on your original payment method or we will send you a new item to replace your original purchase if that is your preference.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
